Terms of Service

Article 1 (Purpose)

These Terms govern the rights, obligations and responsibilities between Allpackmeister Co., Ltd. (brand “MaterialB”, hereinafter the “Company”) and users in connection with the use of the website (materialb.cc) and all related services, including linked features (hereinafter the “Services”).

Article 2 (Definitions)

A “user” means an individual or legal entity that uses the Services provided by the Company under these Terms. The Company provides B2B information on cosmetic ingredients as well as sourcing consultation and quotation-matching services.

Article 3 (Effect and Amendment of the Terms)

These Terms take effect upon being posted on the Service screen. The Company may amend these Terms to the extent that such amendment does not violate applicable laws, and upon amendment the Company will give prior notice specifying the effective date and the reason for the change.

Article 4 (Provision and Modification of Services)

The Company endeavors to provide stable Services and may modify or suspend all or part of the Services as required for operational or technical reasons. In such cases, the Company will give prior notice to the extent possible.

Article 5 (Obligations of Users)

• Not to misappropriate another person’s information or provide false information
• Not to interfere with the normal operation of the Services
• To comply with applicable laws, these Terms, and matters notified by the Company

Article 6 (Intellectual Property Rights)

Copyright and intellectual property rights in the content posted on the Services (text, images, designs, etc.) belong to the Company, and users may not reproduce, distribute, or use such content commercially without the Company’s prior consent.

Article 7 (Limitation of Liability)

The Company shall not be liable for damages arising from causes beyond its reasonable control, such as force majeure, causes attributable to the user, or the policies or failures of third-party platforms. The ingredient and raw-material information provided through the Services is for reference only, and responsibility for the final adoption, licensing/approval, and labeling and advertising of cosmetic ingredients rests with the user. Supplier information is not disclosed to customers; when a quotation (RFQ) is requested, our staff will verify and connect you with a suitable supplier.

Article 8 (Governing Law and Jurisdiction)

These Terms shall be interpreted in accordance with the laws of the Republic of Korea, and any dispute relating to the use of the Services shall be subject to the court having jurisdiction over the location of the Company as the court of first instance.
